BODY ODOR
BODY ODOR! BODY ODOR!
Unpleasant odor created by perspiration .When perspiration comes into contact with microorganisms that ordinarily live on the skin.
There is a possibility that you will make an unpleasant smell.
Despite the fact that perspiration is essentially odorless on its own, when coupled with skin microbes, it can emit an unpleasant odor. The smell could be unpleasant, pleasant, or nonexistent.
Body odor can be impacted by elements such as the meals you consume, hormones, or drugs.
A person who sweats excessively has a condition called hyperhidrosis.
Because they sweat so excessively, people with this illness may be more likely to develop body odor, but the eccrine sweat glands are usually the ones that make people feel the most uncomfortable with sweaty palms and feet.
Your sweat may smell unpleasant for a number of reasons. For instance ,certain drugs, vitamins,or food can cause your sweat to smell foul.
Keep in mind that the germs on your skin mixed with the sweat is what causes the odor, not the sweat itself.
Some elements that may influence body odor are;
- Genetics of obesity
- Worry or tension
- Hot weather
- Being overweight
- Exercise
FOODS CAUSING BODY ODOR!
1.Cruciferous vegetables.
They include broccoli cauliflower and cabbage. They can affect body odor due to the presence of sulfur compounds.
These substances are taken in by the body and released through sweat.
One hour after eating these vegetables, your odor can even get worse.
2. Strong spices.
You will experience body odor for a few hours as your body rids itself of the sulfur-containing gases that are produced as a result of the body's breakdown of spicy foods.
However, don't eliminate it entirely—spicy food is excellent for accelerating metabolism.
3. Red meat.
As red meat takes longer to breakdown in the digestive tract, it leaves behind residue that, when released through sweat, mixes with germs to make you smell worse.
4.Alcohol.
Furthermore, alcohol can dry out your mouth, which is problematic because saliva often eliminates the dead cells that build up in your mouth.
Dead cells start to degrade and release an unpleasant odor when they are left to rot.
These are the typical foods we consume on a daily basis, but that doesn't mean we should stop eating them altogether. Instead, we should try to cut back on how often we consume these foods and instead eat them sometimes as a way to improve our health.
